Get Elk With A Turkey Call

Carlton calls through a tube for added resonance and then switches to a mouth diaphragm before the elk appears.

Elk may not be turkeys but when Wayne Carlton first heard an elk bugle, its eerie high-pitched squeal reminded him of part of the kee-kee run turkey call. Since then Carlton has been able to call an average of three bulls within 30 yards for every two days of hunting with the mouth diaphragm caller that he previously used for gobblers.
